We ship across all 50 states via UPS. We offer flat rate shipping for all orders, regardless of weight. Spend $300 or more and get FREE shipping. We do not accept returns. See our return policy for more information.


If your order is broken in any way during shipping, proof of that must be provided. Proof includes pictures of damaged box and damaged goods. We mark all boxes with fragile and wrap with care so as to prevent breakage and damage. We take damage and breakage very seriously and require proof. Proof does not guarantee a new shipment for free, but we will make every attempt to ensure you are made whole due to no fault of your own.


Shipping times on the east coast via UPS can take 5-8 business days on the East coast and 10-14 business days for the West Coast. Please keep this in mind when ordering. The shipping price is based upon rates set by the USPS and will vary depending upon address, weight, day of shipment and any holiday seasons. We do not control the pricing given by the USPS.
