About Michelle

Michelle Worley, LMFT, LCMFT, is the founder of Great Oaks Institute and the owner and clinical director of Great Oaks Therapy Center. She is an AAMFT Approved Supervisor and a board-approved clinical supervisor in both Kansas and Missouri.

Michelle created Great Oaks Institute to offer therapists practical, engaging professional development that goes beyond theory and connects directly to the realities of clinical work. Her teaching is grounded in systemic, trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and relational approaches, with an emphasis on helping clinicians better understand both what to do and why they are doing it.

Through Great Oaks Institute, Michelle brings together experienced clinicians and relevant training topics to help therapists grow their skills, strengthen their confidence, and provide thoughtful, effective care to the communities they serve.
