10. REFUND RELATED POLICIES

10.1 DEFINITION OF A "REFUND"  


A refund refers to the act of providing monetary compensation, either in the form of cash or financial reimbursement, to an organized group or individual upon their request. This request can be made in person, through the established support section, or by contacting a support agent, HRM, or supervisor. 


10.1-i) Green Technologies Limited does not offer refunds for products or subscriptions.  


10.1-ii) Green Technologies Limited does not offer refunds for completed or engaged services.

10.2 DEFINITION OF A "STORE REFUND" 


 A store refund is defined as a compensatory action provided for products, services, or subscriptions if the eligibility criteria for a store refund are met. If such criteria are confirmed by a staff member, the following compensation options are available: 



10.2-i) Full store credit equivalent to the original purchase amount, applicable for 7 days.  


10.2-ii) Store credit equal to 50% of the original product, service, or subscription price, valid indefinitely.  


10.2-iii) 30% compensation in Robux or cash, including taxes, based on the original purchase method.

10.3 ELIGIBILITY FOR A “STORE REFUND” 

An organized group or but not limited to a physical free person after the creation & filing of an official request may be eligible for a store refund if:


10.3-i) There is a product malfunction irreversible by developers within 30 business days and the time frame being dependent on such product.


10.3-ii) The product contains malicious software or exhibits some sort of failure


10.3-iii) The product cannot be used as it was advertised by officially verified adverts


10.3-iv) The service does not meet Green Technologies LTD quality


10.3-iiv) Whatever saleable item after internal investigations by the company condemn it as it does not meet the quality the quality assurance, does not work in its intended purpose, malicious software or but not limited to the saleable item unable to function as was advertised.


Similar to Paragraph 6, further modifications and additions may be made to the Eligibility criteria & the refunds policies section in line with Section I.
