BACKGROUND

Green Technologies Limited is a platform established to facilitate the purchase of licenses for digital goods through platforms such as Roblox and other designated payment methods. These products are owned by GT and are subject to specific conditions, permissions, rights, regulations, and licensing agreements pertaining to their use, sale, refunds, support, and license transfers, among other considerations.

HISTORICAL CONTEXT

Green Technologies Limited, hereinafter referred to as "GT," was founded on October 19th, 2018, with the initial objective of creating an airline, Air Canada, within the Ro-Aviation development community on the Roblox Studio engine. While Air Canada did not materialize due to unforeseen circumstances, the experience significantly contributed to the development skills and aspirations of the founder. Subsequently, GT expanded its focus to include the broader technology group industry, envisioning a future of extensive product offerings, airports, assets, and more. Although the official launch did not take place as planned, GT has now entered a new era of growth and innovation.
