HSEwithDUCH provides digital products and downloadable HSE resources. Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

REFUNDS

We generally do not offer refunds for digital products after the purchased product has been accessed or downloaded.

However, we will consider refund requests in situations such as:

• A duplicate payment was made for the same product.

• The customer is unable to access the purchased product because of a genuine technical problem that cannot reasonably be resolved.

• The customer received a product that is materially different from the product description.

• A refund is required under applicable consumer protection law.
