1. Digital Products

HSEwithDUCH primarily provides digital HSE resources, including toolbox talks, safety materials, templates, guides and other workplace safety resources.

Products are delivered electronically following successful payment. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to the email account used for their purchase.

2. Product Use

Purchased digital products are provided for the customer's personal, professional or internal organizational use, according to the product description.

Unless written permission is provided by HSEwithDUCH, customers may not:

• Resell the purchased files.

• Redistribute or publicly share the files.

• Upload the files to file-sharing websites or public platforms.

• Repackage the content for resale.

• Claim the original HSEwithDUCH content as their own.

• Share purchased download links with people who have not purchased the product.

3. Intellectual Property

All original content, text, designs, branding and materials provided through HSEwithDUCH remain the intellectual property of HSEwithDUCH or their respective rights holders, unless otherwise stated.
