This Digital Product License "Agreement" governs the use of all digital woodworking plans, drawings, templates, documents, and related downloadable content ("Digital Products") purchased from Handmade Marvels.

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any Digital Product from Handmade Marvels, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Ownership

All Digital Products sold by Handmade Marvels are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

All rights, title, and ownership of the Digital Products remain exclusively with Handmade Marvels and Gopal Panchal.

The purchase of a Digital Product grants a license to use the product and does not transfer ownership of the design, plan, drawing, or any intellectual property rights.

2. License Granted

Upon successful purchase, Handmade Marvels grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download the purchased files.
• Store the files on your personal devices.
• Print copies for your own use.
• Build physical woodworking projects based on the plans.
• Create projects for personal use, gifts, or small-scale commercial sale.

3. Small-Scale Commercial Use

You may build and sell finished physical products created from Handmade Marvels plans as an individual maker, hobbyist, or small business.

The license applies only to the finished physical products you build.

The digital plans themselves may never be sold, transferred, or distributed.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell the digital files.
• Share the files with other individuals.
• Upload the files to websites, forums, cloud-sharing services, or social media platforms.
• Distribute the files for free or for payment.
• Modify the files and sell them as your own work.
• Create derivative plan sets for sale or distribution.
• Claim ownership of the designs, drawings, or plans.
• Use any part of the Digital Products in a manner that infringes upon Handmade Marvels' intellectual property rights.

5. Single User License

Unless otherwise stated, each purchase grants a license to one individual purchaser only.

The Digital Products may not be shared with family members, friends, employees, customers, or other third parties.

Organizations wishing to provide plans to multiple users must obtain separate licenses for each user.

6. Copyright Protection

All Digital Products are protected by copyright law.

Unauthorized copying, sharing, distribution, reproduction, or resale of any Digital Product may result in:

• Termination of the license.
• Legal action.
• Claims for damages and other remedies available under applicable law.

7. No Transfer of Rights

Purchasing a Digital Product does not grant:

• Copyright ownership.
• Trademark rights.
• Patent rights.
• Rights to reproduce or distribute the plans.

All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Handmade Marvels.

8. Termination

This license automatically terminates if you violate any provision of this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must cease use of the Digital Products and delete all copies in your possession.

9. Disclaimer

The Digital Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy, Handmade Marvels does not guarantee that plans are free from errors, omissions, or suitability issues for any specific project.

10. Limitation of Liability

Handmade Marvels and Gopal Panchal shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury
• Property damage
• Loss of profits
• Business losses
• Indirect or consequential damages

arising from the use of any Digital Product.

Users are responsible for verifying dimensions, construction methods, and safety requirements before beginning any project.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

12. Changes to This Agreement

Handmade Marvels reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time.

The version published on the website at the time of purchase shall govern that purchase.
