We sell digital woodworking plans and downloadable files. Because our products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned like physical goods, our refund policy differs from that of physical products.

Digital Product Refunds

All products sold by Handmade Marvels are digital downloads.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final, and refunds are not normally provided once a purchase has been completed and access to the files has been granted.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• You were charged more than once for the same product.
• The purchased file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
• You did not receive access to the purchased files due to a technical issue.
• The delivered product is significantly different from its description.

In such cases, we may provide:

• A refund at our sole discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be granted for:

• Inability to use the files due to software or device compatibility issues not stated in the product description.

• Description of the issue
• Screenshots or supporting information, if applicable

We will review your request and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

Chargebacks
