Refund & Exchange Policy:
Haus of Love does not offer returns or exchanges at this time for sanitation reasons. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us via email at myhausoflove@gmail.com with a picture of your item, item number, and tracking number. You maybe compensated for a partial refund or given a discount code if reported within 48 hours of order delivery.
Shipping Policy:
We use USPS for shipping all orders. All orders will be process within 1-4 business days. Please allow your tracking number 24-48 hors to update. Due to Covid-19, your shipment and tracking number may be delayed. Your tracking number will be emailed to you using the email address your provided with your order. Please make sure to check all folder within your email inbox for your tracking number. At this time we do not offer international shipping.
