1. Digital Product Policy

All products sold on this site are digital downloads (e.g., templates, e-books, files, etc.).

Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

2. EU Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days.

However, this right does not apply to digital content once:

• The download or delivery has started, and
• The consumer has given their explicit consent and acknowledged the loss of the right to withdraw.

By completing a purchase on this site:

• You expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content.
• You acknowledge that this means you lose your right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

• You were unable to access the product after payment, and we could not resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
• The file was corrupted or unusable, and we failed to provide a working version after being notified.

4. Chargebacks

If you are dissatisfied for any reason, we encourage you to contact us first before taking any action with your payment provider.

Unjustified chargebacks (e.g., after a successful download) are considered fraudulent and may result in:

• A ban from future purchases
• Legal or administrative action to recover losses

6. Purchases from Restricted Locations

We do not accept purchases made from countries that are currently restricted under our Terms and Conditions. If a transaction is detected from one of these locations, the order may be cancelled, and a refund will not be issued.
