2. Products and Licensing
We sell digital products only, such as templates, e-books, audio files, and other downloadable tools.
By default, purchases grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share our content on any platform (including social media, marketplaces, or file-sharing websites),
- Use our content in any dataset, AI/ML training material, or automated systems,
- Modify, copy, or claim authorship of our products (except where explicitly allowed under MRR).
Commercial use is permitted only if explicitly mentioned in the product description.
3. Orders and Payments
All payments are securely processed via Payhip and trusted third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal.
All prices are listed and charged in EUR (Euros). Currency conversions are handled by your payment provider or bank. We are not responsible for any conversion fees, exchange rate differences, or international transaction charges.
We reserve the right to refuse any order if fraud or policy violations are suspected.
Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice.
4. Delivery
After successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your digital purchase via:
- An email confirmation, and
- A Payhip download link.

5. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a file has been accessed or downloaded.
By purchasing, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal under EU law once digital delivery begins.
If you receive a defective file or experience technical issues, contact us — we will work to resolve the problem where possible.
Please ensure you have the correct software or device to use our products before completing your purchase.

All content sold in our store is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, distribute, or use our products in any unauthorized way.
You are not allowed to use our content in training datasets for AI or machine learning models.
7. Chargebacks and Fraud
By purchasing from us, you agree not to initiate chargebacks without contacting us first.
Unjustified or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

Our digital products and services are not available for purchase from the following countries or regions due to international sanctions, payment restrictions, or internal policy:
Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Belarus, Cuba, Donetsk People’s Republic (Ukraine), Iran, Iraq, Indonesia, North Korea, Luhansk People’s Republic (Ukraine), Nigeria, Pakistan, Russia, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen, Zimbabwe, and Hungary.
Any attempt to bypass this restriction (e.g., using VPNs or false billing addresses) may result in automatic cancellation without notice or refund.
By accessing or purchasing from our store, you confirm that you are not located in a restricted country or using a payment method originating from one.
Hungary is currently excluded from automatic checkout due to VAT compliance limitations.
As a sole proprietor operating under a VAT exemption scheme in Hungary, we are unable to collect VAT through platforms that charge it automatically. If you're located in Hungary and wish to make a purchase, please contact us directly to arrange a compliant transaction.

14. Resellable Products (MRR – Master Resell Rights)
Some of our digital products include Master Resell Rights (MRR), as clearly indicated in their product descriptions.
If a product includes MRR:
- You are allowed to resell the product to others in its original form.
- You may not modify, rebrand, or claim authorship unless explicitly permitted.
- You may not resell or transfer the resell rights themselves unless stated.
- You must follow any conditions outlined in the product description.
If a product does not mention MRR, then it is licensed for personal use only and may not be distributed or resold.
Violation of these terms may result in license revocation, legal action, and/or a permanent ban from future purchases.

If any of our services require you to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
We are not responsible for any unauthorized access caused by your negligence.

We do not cover any charges outside of our platform’s automatic tax system (e.g., Payhip or Stripe).
