Cassandra Smith is a multifaceted artist and educator with a rich background in music and the arts. She holds extensive education in both disciplines, having honed her craft in various music and art institutions. She is a certified BC Teacher working with youth at Stz'uminus Community School. As a talented photographer, and painter Cassandra captures compelling imagery that reflects her artistic vision. Her leadership extends to her role as co-lead and band leader of Moonshine Mollys, a vibrant musical project that showcases her passion for country americana music. Additionally, Cassandra serves as the president of the BC Country Music Association, where she advocates for the growth of the genre and supports fellow musicians in the region.
