Moon's Kitchen is part of House under the Moon. Moon’s Kitchen is an approach to nutrition that sees food not only as fuel, but as a daily ritual of connecting with yourself, your body and natural rhythms. It combines intuitive eating, symbols of the Moon phases and the idea that our needs for food change through time, energy and emotions.
Instead of strict rules, counting calories and rigid plans, Moon's Kitchen encourages you to listen to your body: when you're really hungry, what pleases you, what calms you down and what brings you back into balance. In this approach, the meal becomes a moment of presence, not a hurried habit.
It also introduces a symbolic layer - connecting nutrition with the phases of the Moon and energy cycles, as well as with personal rhythms (emotional, daily, seasonal). The idea is that food is not separate from you, but part of your inner rhythm and the way you take care of yourself.
The Moon’s Kitchen is the space where the Moon’s Witch lives — the keeper of rhythm, intuition and quiet everyday magic. She carefully writes down everything she makes and experiences in the Moon Diary, recipes for teas, small rituals for calming down, as well as moments when food becomes a way to return to yourself.
In the Moon's Kitchen, the Moon Plate is created - Astro menu, that is, a menu shaped according to the birth chart and personal energy patterns. Each meal has its own symbolism, its "heavenly signature", and it is not the same for everyone.
The Moon’s Witch also explores the herbs and spices that make up the Moon Fork — a symbolic collection of foods that carry certain qualities: calmness, strength, focus, or tenderness. She writes about them, describes their properties and how they affect the body and mood.
When she's not cooking or writing, she walks in the Moon Garden, where she plants hardy plants and gently nurtures those that require more attention and quiet. In that garden, she talks to birds, cats and her dog, as if the whole world is one living, connected story.
In addition to all that, she also writes about crystals, their symbolic meanings, and the ways in which they are used for inner balance, which is part of the Mystic Moon. She also takes care of balancing the chakras through simple, daily rituals that are part of the Moon Balance.
In essence, the Moon’s Witch does not separate life from the Moon’s Kitchen, nor nature from itself — everything is a circle of rhythm, attention and silent connection.
