Return Policy
Shipping & Returns Policy
1. Transfer of Risk and Shipping Liability
Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier (e.g., postal services), the risk of loss, theft, or damage to the items is fully transferred to the buyer and the transport company. The Road to Victory ensures that all books leave our facilities in pristine condition and are packed using industry-standard protective materials.
Consequently, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for books that have been damaged, bent, torn, or mistreated due to handling by the courier service during transit.
2. What to do if your package arrives damaged
If you receive a package that shows visible signs of damage, crushing, or tampering, please follow these steps to protect your right to claim:
- Note the damage: Before signing the delivery receipt, inform the courier and ensure they officially log that the package arrived damaged. If the damage is severe, you may refuse the delivery.
- Take photos: Take clear photographs of the unopened box from multiple angles, as well as the damaged items inside.
- Contact the carrier: File an official complaint or claim directly with the shipping company using your tracking number. We will gladly provide any invoices or shipping receipts you may need to support your claim.
