About Me
I’m Vicky Mose, founder of Imagine How, qualified menopause mentor, and a menopause awareness and workplace wellbeing consultant built around one simple idea: imagine how great it will feel to understand menopause and feel more like yourself again.
I created Imagine How after becoming part of what I now call the “10% quit club”. Like many others, I experienced the impact menopause can have on confidence, wellbeing, identity, and working life. I realised there was still a huge gap in practical, relatable support and honest conversation around menopause, both personally and in the workplace.
After years working across health and fitness, education, qualifications, and professional development, I wanted to combine my experience with my passion for improving menopause awareness and support. That’s why I started creating resources designed to make menopause easier to understand, easier to talk about, and less overwhelming to navigate.
Everything I create combines evidence-based information with real-world practicality, helping people make sense of symptoms, rebuild confidence, and feel more like themselves again. My approach is warm, supportive, honest, and focused on everyday life, not medical jargon or scare stories.
You’ll also hear me talk about the “Menopause Monkey”, that inner voice of self-doubt, anxiety, overwhelm, and confidence loss that can become louder during menopause. Many of my resources are designed to help people better understand and manage both the physical and emotional side of this transition.
