Herschenia A. Brown is Mediator, Fractional Ombudsperson, Conflict Resolution Strategist, Speaker, and Author. Her career has spanned from finance to project management where she led teams for multi-million dollar corporate projects, created cost-saving initiatives, resolved internal conflict, and helped organizations stay compliant. Throughout her career, she began to understand both sides: the employee’s perspective of surviving toxic environments and the employer’s perspective of managing the financial and reputational costs of workplace conflict. Now, Herschenia has shifted to working as a neutral to implement methods for resolving internal conflict and improving the workplace, while writing books for corporate leaders.
