These terms apply to all purchases of the Market Framework Model (MFM) Indicator via Payhip or related platforms.

1. Product description

The MFM Indicator is a digital analytical tool for use within the TradingView platform.

Access is provided as an invite only script.

2. Delivery

Access is granted manually within 24 hours after receiving both:

• your TradingView username, and

• payment confirmation.

3. License

You are granted a personal, non transferable license.

Redistribution, resale, public sharing or disclosure of the indicator or its logic is prohibited.

License duration: one year from the date of activation.

4. Updates

During the active one year license period, you receive:

• maintenance updates

• minor improvements to the current version

Future products, new models or major releases are not included.

No lifetime access or lifetime updates are provided.

5. Refunds & right of withdrawal

This is a digital product and is non refundable.

By purchasing, you agree to immediate access and waive your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16).

6. Liability

The MFM Indicator is an educational and analytical tool.

It does not provide financial advice, trading signals or guarantees of any kind.

You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and financial outcomes.

Liability is limited to the lesser of:

• the amount paid for access, or

• USD $500.

7. Pricing & VAT

Prices include applicable VAT.

For EU businesses with a valid VAT number, VAT may be reversed according to EU tax regulations.

8. Termination

This purchase does not auto renew.

Access stops automatically after one year unless you manually purchase a new license.

You may stop using the indicator at any time.

No refunds are issued for unused time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent court of Limburg, the Netherlands.
