About Interior Weather
I’m Beth Jenkins. I write about women, ambition, the body and modern life, and I make tools that come out of the same thinking.
Interior Weather started with a problem I couldn’t buy my way out of. Most planners assume every day arrives with the same amount in it. They ask what you’ll do, then leave you to work out, usually late in the evening, that the day was never going to hold it.
So I made a page that asks how much is actually available first, and lets that answer set the limit.
It isn’t a permission slip. On the worst day, the page still asks for one real result. The load flexes. The direction doesn’t.
Everything here is editorial rather than decorative, made to be printed at home again and again, and designed for a woman who’s entirely capable of running her own life.
Direction over noise. Progress over perfection.

The Daily Forecast
A daily planning page for women with real ambition and an honest read on their own capacity.
Most planners ask what you’ll do, then leave you to discover, usually around nine in the evening, that the day was never going to hold it. The Daily Forecast asks a different question first: how much can today actually hold?
You start by drawing the needle on the barometer. Depleted or sensitive gives you one commitment. Steady gives you two. Clear or expansive gives you three. That’s your ceiling for the day, and the rest of the page works within it.
Then you name one outcome worth protecting, give each priority its next visible action, and decide in writing what can remain unfinished. In the evening, three short lines help you record what moved, what it cost and what carries over.
It’s a limit, not permission to stop. At the lowest setting, one real thing still moves.
The design
Warm ivory, oxblood and quiet blush, with the restraint of an editorial page. No clip art, hourly grid, habit tracker or motivational quotes.
What you get
- Cover page
- A one-page guide to the method
- The daily planner page
- A4 and US Letter formats
- Low-ink versions of both sizes
Undated and available as an instant digital download. Print as often as you like.
What makes it different
- Capacity before commitments. Set your ceiling before filling the page, so your plan reflects the day you actually have.
- A genuine limit. One to three commitments, with no room for the list to expand indefinitely.
- Anchors instead of hours. Give your priorities a clear next action without scheduling every minute.
- Optional body awareness. A few optional marks make room for how you’re feeling, including cycle-related changes, without turning the page into a detailed health tracker.
- Print or annotate. Use it on paper or write over the PDF with a stylus in a compatible note-taking app.
Printing
Print at actual size with scaling switched off. Ordinary paper works well; 100–120gsm paper gives the page a more substantial feel.
