Delivery method: After successful payment confirmation, Payhip provides access on the order-confirmation page and sends a receipt or download/access link to the email address entered at checkout. Delivery is normally immediate, but payment verification or email delivery may occasionally cause a short delay.

Customer responsibility: Enter a valid email address, check the product format and requirements before purchase, and keep your receipt and download link secure. Also check Spam, Promotions, Updates, and other filtered email folders.

Access problems: If payment succeeded but access is not available, wait up to 30 minutes, refresh the order page, check all email folders, and confirm that the email address used at checkout is correct. Then use the store Contact link and provide the purchaser email address, product title, order or transaction ID, payment date, and a description of the problem. Never send card numbers, UPI PINs, passwords, or OTPs.

File format and use: The product page identifies the supplied format, typically PDF. A compatible device and PDF reader are required. Products are licensed for the purchaser’s personal use and may include identification or watermarking. Sharing, resale, redistribution, or public upload is prohibited.

Delivery support: For a verified successful order, we will reasonably assist with restoring access or replacing a defective file. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
