About Me
I Was the Fat Guy Who Thought Getting in Shape Was Hard.
Now I’m a 38-year-old bodybuilder, farmer, husband, father, and grandfather who believes becoming the strongest version of yourself changes more than your body—it changes your life.
I didn’t start with perfect genetics, perfect discipline, or all the answers. I failed, learned, adjusted, and kept moving.
Eventually, I realized fitness isn’t nearly as complicated as people make it. Most people don’t need another quick fix. They need a plan, accountability, education, and the discipline to actually execute.
That’s why I built Iron Temple.
I help everyday men and women—especially busy parents—take control of their training, nutrition, habits, and health so they can finally become the person they keep seeing in their head.
I’m not here to sell perfection.
I’m here to prove what happens when you stop making excuses, get out of your head, and get into motion.
Your body. Your responsibility. Your move.
