As an Accessibility Coach and founder of Workforce Ability Solutions, Jasmin bridges the gap between neurodivergent talent and workplace success. She understands what it’s like to mask, to feel like an outsider, and to navigate spaces not built for your brain. That’s why her coaching is rooted in empathy, lived experience, and real-world strategies.
