Refund Policy - Books

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales from this store are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. 


I am not Amazon, so I cannot delete books from your device. Therefore, once you have purchased and downloaded an item, you own it. This applies even if you have changed your mind or the book doesn’t meet your expectations. I have no way to verify that you have deleted the file, therefore I cannot offer refunds.


You will also not be eligible for a refund if you have not downloaded an item you have purchased. I have no way to verify that you have deleted or lost the receipt containing the download links, so I cannot prevent you from downloading the item at a later date after receiving a refund. Therefore I cannot offer refunds.


You will also not be eligible for a refund if you have not downloaded an item and can no longer access it because the item has been removed from the store. Therefore, you are advised to download the items you have purchased as soon as possible after purchase to avoid disappointment.

Refund Policy - Courses

Courses are provided in full on the day you complete your purchase. Therefore, I cannot offer refunds once you have logged in and begun the course. However, if you change your mind and haven’t started the course within 14 days of the completion of your purchase, you can claim a refund and will be unenrolled from the course. I can monitor student progress, so I'll know if you try to sneak back in!


If you are having trouble accessing the course or navigating the course player, please contact me using this form and I will try to help. 


Defective Items

If you have purchased a book from me and it doesn’t work, you can download another copy. You can download any item up to 5 times. If you no longer have the links, let me know and I can resend your receipt and you can try again.


If the file still doesn’t work, please let me know so I can fix the problem. Use the contact form and explain the problem in as much detail as you can. If the fault is in a particular file, I will correct the problem and replace the file on Payhip and send you the new link.


However, if after testing the file, I find no fault and it works for me, then the fault must be with your equipment and there is nothing I can do. But I will work with you via email to resolve the problem and help you to access the file.
