About Jonas Book Educational

My name is Jonas — a former criminal investigator with over 25 years of experience studying violence, human behavior, and the forces that drive people to harm one another.

Everything changed after 9/11. Witnessing the devastating impact of religiously motivated violence pushed me to ask a question I could not ignore: Why do they kill in God's name?

That question led me on a journey — from criminal investigations to theological studies, from courtrooms to classrooms. And eventually, it led me to write.

The Jonas Book Educational Series was born from that journey. A series of books designed to educate, inspire, and open minds — for children learning about friendship and values, and for adults seeking deeper understanding of faith and humanity.

I believe that education is the most powerful tool we have against fear and violence. One book at a time.
