At Jonyx Botanica, all products are handcrafted in small batches with care and attention to quality.
1. No Returns on Opened Products
Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery at:
