4. Shipping
Shipping times may vary depending on location and processing times. Once an order has been shipped, Jonyx Botanica is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
