I've always been fascinated by the creative impulse, where it comes from, what drives it, and those magnificent, inspirational times when it pulls you along behind it, hanging on for dear life as a new creative project is born. I've been lucky enough to experience the mysterious muse in action several times throughout my creative career. It has created a couple of music driven screenplays, some concept albums, and is undoubtedly present in my prose writings, too. I think that some of my work seeks to unravel the mystery - but I know it never truly will . . .
