Everything began back in 2018 with a simple idea: a YouTube channel. At that time, I realized how different the journeys of my younger colleagues were. They came from diverse schools, backgrounds, and experiences — and with that, their knowledge varied greatly. But I also understood something crucial: this diversity of know-how is not a weakness, it is the very foundation for growth. Without it, careers stagnate. And in a field as demanding as Civil Engineering, standing still is not an option.

I wanted to create a space where knowledge could be shared openly, preserved for the future, and made accessible to everyone. A place where anyone could return, learn, and grow. That was the beginning of my weekend and holiday side hustle — and the start of a mission that has shaped everything since.

Fast forward a few years: my own career has advanced, but along the way I have met countless young professionals who were struggling. Struggling with overwhelming choices, poor management, and the harsh realities of the workplace. Many were desperate for guidance, for clarity, for someone to show them that they are not alone.

After building the YouTube channel to make knowledge simple and accessible, I launched this website — a platform dedicated to supporting those who need it most.
