In October 2026, the vacation rental company I had worked for, for more than six years, closed its doors. Overnight, the job I had poured my heart into, answering guest messages at 2am, running housekeeping and maintenance, and supporting our Director for three years, was gone.

As a mom with a family depending on me, I hit rock bottom. I cried in the mornings. I sent job applications in the afternoons. Both counted.

But I realized I wasn't starting from zero. I was starting from everything I had learned: more than six years of remote work with US teams, a 100+ listing vacation rental portfolio, hotel and Airbnb operations, facilities administration, and my years as a flight attendant, where I learned to stay calm and kind under pressure.

So I decided to rebuild, one honest step at a time.

Everything in this store comes from real work I've done: the guest messages, checklists, workbooks and trackers I actually used. I made them for vacation rental hosts who want calmer operations, and for anyone who dreams of working from home as a virtual assistant.
