About Me

Hi, I’m Kallie — a wife, mama of two, and proud Type 1 Diabetic for the past eight years. I'm passionate about helping others with T1D live strong, confident, and empowered lives through fitness, nutrition, and mindset.

I hold a CrossFit Level 1 certification and currently coach functional fitness, helping others move better and feel stronger. I’ve personally run a marathon, completed a 50K ultramarathon, and tackled a few sprint triathlons — all while managing Type 1. I understand the real-life challenges that come with balancing blood sugars and athletic performance, and I’m here to share tools and strategies that have helped me along the way.

My educational background includes a bachelor's degree with a strong focus in nutrition, and I worked as a nutritionist for the state of New Mexico for several years. I also hold a master’s degree in education — and I use that every day to teach, encourage, and support others on their journey with Type 1 and fitness.
