How do I receive my files?

As soon as your payment goes through, you have the option to download your file.

How long will it take to receive my product?

If you purchased a digital product, you will immediately be taken to a page where you can download your file.

Which payment method ca I use?

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or American Express credit or debit card.

I didn't receive my download link!

Haven't received your receipt with the download link yet? Check your spam/junk folder to see whether it's gone there.

How To Order: *It is simple. Follow the instruction at the check-out and enter the important information in the box. Please, read all our notes carefully. Make sure spelling is correct on the embroidery information when you place the order! Fixing errors will result in an extra charge.

*We also take custom requests size. Since all my products are made by hand, please allow extra time from ordering to shipping date*

*Payments*

Payment is done via Pay Pal at this time. The item you purchased will not be created or shipped until the payment clears.

★ If for some reason you need to cancel your order, please notify me ASAP. If I have not started yet, I will refund you.

★ SHIPPING: I ship with USPS. All orders will provide with tracking number. We are responsible for your lovely new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. We are I not responsible to your package once it's been confirmed by USPS.

Please, read all our notes carefully. If you are needing the item for a special occasion, please consider carefully and contact us if you need further assistance. Double check all information for errors. Due to the made-to-order nature, all sales are final. We do not accept refunds or exchanges.

• NO Refund or Exchanges on personalized items / custom made orders, unless is my error I will replace the product.
• A proof will be sent to you via a messaging or email prior to embroidering. Please check your Convo frequently in order to avoid a delay in shipping.
• Embroidery will be exactly as ordered. I will not be held responsible for a misspelling made by the buyer.
• I reserve the right to use pictures of my finished products for advertising. If you would rather, I not advertise with a picture of your personalized product, please let me know via a private message.
• There is NO exchanges, refund, or re-making personalized/ custom orders, unless is my fault- like misspelling or there's is a defect (like stains, or holes) on the item/ s reported in 24 hr. of receiving.
• We are not responsible for orders that are mailed out before deadline and delayed due to USPS.
• Please take these times in consideration when ordering to ensure that your order is received by the time of your event.
