I’m a mum of two teenagers, a music lover, a crocheter, a lifelong learner—and someone who can happily talk about spiritual subjects for hours.
Spiritual, yes. But always human first.
I’m based in Cambridgeshire in the UK, and ordinary life sits alongside everything I do. Family, responsibilities, health, creativity, difficult days and good ones do not disappear just because you are spiritual or building something meaningful.
I am warm and caring, but I am also direct. I would rather have an honest conversation than tell somebody what they want to hear. I believe support should help you understand yourself more clearly, not make you feel that somebody else holds all the answers.
I love depth, truth and the conversations that get beneath the surface. I am not interested in performing perfection. I am interested in what is real, what is repeating and what helps a woman come back to herself.
Healing is not pretending it never hurt.
It is learning not to abandon yourself.
My own life has taught me about resilience, boundaries and rebuilding self-trust. I know how easy it is to over-give, adapt around everybody else and question what you already know. Those lessons are part of why my work is compassionate without becoming vague, honest without being cruel and always grounded in your right to choose for yourself.

Spirituality has been part of my life for more than 20 years. Over that time, I have trained and worked as a Tarot and Oracle Reader, Reiki and Seichim Master Healer, Money Reiki Grandmaster and Past Life Reader.
The qualifications matter, but they are not the whole of who I am. The heart of my work is the way I listen, notice what keeps repeating and translate spiritual insight into something a real person can understand and use.
I do not believe guidance should frighten you, flatter you or keep you dependent. I want you to leave feeling clearer, steadier and more able to trust your own judgement.
