These Terms and Conditions apply when you access, purchase or use any product, service or digital resource offered through the Katie Yvonne website. By purchasing from Katie Yvonne, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About Katie Yvonne

Katie Yvonne provides intuitive, spiritual and wellbeing services including:

These services are offered for personal reflection, spiritual exploration and general wellbeing. They do not replace medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.

2. Age Requirement

All paid readings, personalised services, healing services and spiritual products are intended for customers aged 18 or over. By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through Payhip and its supported payment providers.

Katie Yvonne does not directly store your full debit card, credit card or bank details. Your order is accepted once payment has been successfully completed and you have received an order confirmation. Please check that your email address and order information are correct before completing your purchase.

4. Right to Refuse a Service

Katie Yvonne reserves the right to refuse or cancel a request where:

the request involves harm, revenge, coercion or controlling another person
the request supports illegal or dangerous activity
the customer has provided misleading or abusive information
the customer behaves in a threatening, discriminatory or inappropriate way
the service requested falls outside the work offered
the service cannot be provided responsibly or ethically

Where Katie Yvonne refuses an order before any work has begun, the payment will normally be refunded.

5. Information Required for Personalised Work

Some personalised services require information such as:

your first name or full name
your date of birth
your question or situation
another person’s first name or limited identifying details
photographs, where clearly requested
questionnaire answers
intentions or background information relevant to the service

Please provide only the information genuinely needed to complete your order. Do not send passwords, full banking details, confidential medical records or information you do not have permission to share. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate.

6. Turnaround Times

The estimated turnaround time for each service will be stated on the product page or confirmed after purchase. The turnaround period begins when Katie Yvonne has received:

full payment
all requested information
completed questionnaires
any photographs or supporting details required for the service

If the required information is delayed, the completion date may also be delayed. Turnaround times are estimates unless a specific deadline has been agreed in writing. Delays may occasionally occur because of illness, emergencies, technical problems or unusually high demand. Where possible, customers will be informed of significant delays.

7. Personalised Services

Personalised readings, healing work, spiritual reports, numerology reports, spell work, sigils, servitors and similar services are created specifically for the individual customer.

The customer is paying for the time, preparation, experience and energy involved in creating and delivering the service. Once personalised work has begun, it cannot normally be resold, reused or transferred to another customer.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the preparation, time and energy involved, purchases are generally non-refundable once personalised work has begun or the completed service has been supplied. By purchasing a personalised service, you are requesting that Katie Yvonne begins providing the service as soon as reasonably possible, including where this is before the end of any statutory cancellation period.

Before work has begun

Where a valid cancellation request is received before any personalised work has begun, it will be considered in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

After work has begun

Where work has already begun, any refund that is legally due may be reduced to reflect the work, preparation, administration, time and energy already provided.

After the service has been completed

Once a personalised service has been fully completed and delivered following the customer’s request for work to begin, cancellation rights may end where permitted by law.

Digital downloads

Digital downloads are supplied for immediate access. Where the customer has agreed to immediate access and acknowledged the loss of the statutory cancellation right, digital products are non-refundable once access or downloading has begun.

UK online-selling rules require the customer’s agreement to immediate digital supply and acknowledgement that the cancellation right will be lost once downloading begins.

Refunds will not normally be provided because:

the reading was not what the customer hoped to hear
the customer disagrees with the guidance
a predicted outcome does not happen
another person exercises their free will
the customer changes their mind after work has begun
the customer no longer wants the completed report
the customer fails to download or use a digital product
incomplete or inaccurate information was supplied
the customer expected a guaranteed result that was never promised

Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory rights relating to services or digital content that are faulty, significantly misdescribed or not supplied with reasonable care and skill. UK law gives consumers certain rights regarding online services and digital content, and those rights cannot be completely removed through a blanket no-refund policy.

9. Readings and Predictions

Tarot, oracle and intuitive readings reflect the circumstances, energy and choices present at the time of the reading. A reading does not guarantee:

reconciliation
marriage or commitment
pregnancy
employment
financial gain
legal success
healing or recovery
a particular person’s behaviour
a fixed future outcome
a specific timeframe

People have free will, situations change and personal choices can alter outcomes. Katie Yvonne does not sugar-coat readings or provide false hope. However, readings are delivered with care, compassion and respect.

10. Relationship Readings

Relationship readings are offered for spiritual reflection and personal clarity. They cannot prove another person’s private thoughts, intentions or emotions. A relationship reading must not be used to justify:

harassment
stalking
coercion
repeated unwanted contact
ignoring another person’s boundaries
remaining in an unsafe or abusive situation

The customer remains responsible for respecting the free will, safety and boundaries of everyone involved.

11. Energy Healing

Reiki, Seichim, Money Reiki, chakra balancing, energy clearing and related practices are complementary wellbeing services. Experiences and results vary between individuals.

Energy healing does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent medical or mental-health conditions. It must not replace professional healthcare, prescribed medication, emergency support or medical treatment.

12. Past-Life Guidance

Past-life guidance is provided as a spiritual and reflective practice. Any images, impressions, emotions or themes that arise are not presented as verified historical facts or recovered memories. Customers are encouraged to use their own judgement and keep their present-day wellbeing and choices at the centre of the experience.

13. Spell Work, Sigils and Servitors

Energy spells, sigils, servitors and other personalised energy work are offered as spiritual intention, energetic focus and reflective support.

Katie Yvonne does not guarantee that:

another person will behave in a particular way
a former partner will return
a relationship will develop
money will arrive
a job or opportunity will be secured
a legal outcome will change
a manifestation will happen within a particular timeframe

No service is offered for the purpose of causing harm, revenge, coercion or removing another person’s free will.

14. Numerology

Numerology readings are spiritual and reflective interpretations based on the name and birth information provided by the customer. They are not scientific assessments or guaranteed predictions. The accuracy of a personalised numerology report depends on the customer supplying the correct full name and date of birth.

15. Digital Products and Copyright

All PDFs, reports, guides, workbooks, graphics, rituals, exercises, service wording and original materials remain the intellectual property of Katie Yvonne unless stated otherwise. Purchasing a product gives the customer a personal-use licence only. Customers may not:

resell the product
redistribute or share the files
upload them to another website, group or platform
copy the material for commercial use
remove branding or copyright notices
claim the work as their own
turn the content into a product for resale
use personalised reports as templates for another business

16. Customer Conduct

Customers must communicate respectfully. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate or harassing behaviour will not be accepted.

Katie Yvonne may end communication, refuse further work or block future purchases where a customer behaves abusively. Any refund entitlement will still be handled in accordance with applicable law.

17. Reviews and Testimonials

Customers may be invited to leave feedback after receiving a service. Reviews may be shared on the Katie Yvonne website or social-media pages where permission has been given or the review has been posted publicly.

Names may be shortened, hidden or anonymised for privacy. Reviews represent individual experiences and do not guarantee that every customer will receive the same result.

18. Limitation of Responsibility

Customers remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, relationships, wellbeing and use of the information provided. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Katie Yvonne is not responsible for losses arising from:

relying solely on spiritual guidance when professional advice was needed
decisions made entirely on the basis of a reading
ignoring medical, legal, financial or safeguarding advice
misuse or unauthorised sharing of a digital product
temporary Payhip, email or payment-provider problems
events outside reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

19. Third-Party Services

The Katie Yvonne shop is hosted through Payhip.

Payments and certain technical services may be supplied by third-party providers, including payment processors. These providers have their own terms and privacy policies.

Katie Yvonne is not responsible for third-party outages, payment failures or changes to their platforms, but will provide reasonable assistance with genuine order problems.

20. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated when the business, services or legal requirements change.

The version displayed on the website at the time of purchase will normally apply to that purchase.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer protection that legally applies to the customer.
