This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of digital products purchased from Kim Simple Solutions.

By purchasing or downloading any product, you agree to the terms below.

1. License Grant

When you purchase a product from Kim Simple Solutions, you are purchasing a Single Business License to use the product—you are not purchasing ownership of the product itself.

A Single Business License allows one business or organization to use the purchased product for its internal business operations.

The license permits employees and authorized staff of that business to use the product as part of their normal work.

This license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and may not be assigned or sold to another business or individual.

2. What You May Do

You are welcome to:

• Use the product for your own business.
• Customize the templates to fit your workflow.
• Add, remove, or modify worksheets, formulas, colors, and layouts.
• Make copies for backup purposes.
• Use the templates for as long as you wish.

3. What You May NOT Do

You may not:

• Resell the product.
• Give copies to other businesses.
• Share download files publicly or privately.
• Upload the product to another website, marketplace, or template library.
• Include the product in another product for sale.
• Claim the original design or template as your own.
• Remove copyright notices or branding that identifies Kim Simple Solutions as the original creator.

4. Google Workspace Usage

Our templates are designed for use with Google Workspace applications, including Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Forms, and Google Drive, unless otherwise stated.

You may make copies of the files within your own Google account for your business use.

5. Kim Simple Solutions Single Business License

A Single Business License allows:

• The business owner to use the product.
• Employees of that business to use the product.
• Authorized staff working for that business to access and use the product.
• Copies to be made within the business's Google Workspace or Google Drive for internal business purposes.

A Single Business License does not allow:

• Sharing the product with another business.
• Sharing with clients for their own use.
• Reselling or redistributing the product.
• Providing copies to friends, family members, or unrelated individuals.
• Uploading the product to any public or private template library or marketplace.

If another business wishes to use the product, that business must purchase its own license.

6. Copyright

All templates, documentation, graphics, instructions, layouts, formulas, branding, and other content remain the intellectual property of Kim Simple Solutions.

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright ownership.

7. Support

Your purchase includes reasonable support for:

• Download issues
• Product questions
• Broken links
• Product errors

Support does not include:

• Custom development
• Custom formulas
• Business consulting
• Training beyond the included documentation

8. Updates

Some products may receive updates or improvements.

Unless specifically stated on the product page, future updates are provided at our discretion and are not guaranteed.

9. License Violations

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, or sharing of our products violates this Agreement and may result in termination of your license and other legal remedies available under applicable law.
