By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from Kitsune’s Cove, you agree to the following:

CREATION & OWNERSHIP

1. All avatars are handcrafted by the Kitsune’s Cove creator.
2. All avatar clothing is created by the Kitsune’s Cove creator.
3. All avatar assets are created by the Kitsune’s Cove creator unless stated otherwise.
4. All species are original creations by Kitsune’s Cove. Any exceptions will be clearly tagged.

BASES & EXTERNAL ASSETS

1. Any bases used will be properly credited and tagged in each avatar.
2. If any part of an avatar is not made fully by Kitsune’s Cove, it will be clearly labeled.

AI USAGE

1. AI is used for logos and some textures only.
2. AI is used as a support tool and not for full avatar creation.

AI POLICY

1. Harassment or discrimination against the use of AI is not tolerated.
2. If you do not support or dislike AI usage in any way, please do not use or purchase from this store.

AI RIGHTS

1. All AI-generated logos and textures made by Kitsune’s Cove are the creator’s commercial property.
2. These logos & textures are unique and may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or claimed by others.

GENERAL RULES

1. Do not resell, leak, or redistribute any products.
2. You must follow any additional rules included with each avatar.
