• You must be 18 years or older to own or use any avatars in this store. 
• No refunds. All sales are considered final. 
• If you purchase an avatar and put your email in, that purchase is for yourself and only yourself. Do not redistribute by any means.
• If you purchase an avatar as a gift, you must include the recipients email instead of your own upon purchase.
• You may not remove assets and place on other avatars without owning the original asset yourself. 
• All credits are provided for each avatar. Use them.
• All avatar uploads must be Private 
• Credit on social media is optional Unless being used for promoting a commercial product such as a texture, asset, etc.
• You are allowed to edit the avatar as you see fit for personal use. Credit should be applied still as original avatar creator. 
• You are not allowed to sell your personal edits.
• Create a ticket if you are enlisting someone else to edit the avatar on your behalf. 
• If you see someone in violation of these terms, create a ticket in the discord with provided screenshots, names, etc. 
• If you need any assistance in uploading, or have any questions, create a ticket in the discord server.
• TOS is subject to change at anytime. It is up to you to check it upon each purchase.
