Ownership

All original avatars and media are owned by the creator unless explicitly transferred in writing. Purchasing an avatar grants a license to use the avatar under the terms below — it does not transfer ownership.

What Is Allowed

Buyers may:

• Use the purchased avatar for personal use (VRChat, personal streaming, personal social media).
• Post photos or videos of the avatar they personally purchased and are using.

What Is Not Allowed (Without Written Permission)

You may NOT:

• Use promotional renders or product images for your own content.
• Reupload, redistribute, resell, leak, or share the avatar files.
• Use my avatars or any of my promotional materials (including but not limited to images and videos) for commentary, critique, “drama” videos, or reaction content.
• Edit, blur, crop, or modify my promotional images for your own media.
• Monetize content featuring my promotional renders without permission.
• Claim my work as your own.

Unauthorized use may result in:

• Copyright enforcement actions
• DMCA takedowns
• Revocation of license
• Removal from community spaces

• Any monetized content
