By purchasing, downloading, or using any avatar, model, asset, or related product created by Kiyohime (Bunnysuivr), you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Please read carefully before purchasing.

1. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All avatars, models, textures, renders, promotional images, showcase media, and derivative works created by Kiyohime are protected under copyright law.

Purchasing an avatar grants you a personal-use license only.

Ownership of the avatar and its creative design remains with the creator unless explicitly transferred in writing.

2. General Terms

• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

• Avatars are intended for adult users...Which means 18+. I am not responsible for misuse, misconduct, or violations committed while using my products.

• Basic Unity knowledge is required. I do not provide full upload/setup tutorials.

• All checkout information (name, email, Discord, etc.) must be accurate. False information may result in blacklisting and loss of access.

3. Personal Use License

You may:

• Use the avatar privately in VRChat.

• Make minor edits (texture swaps, small clothing adjustments, light customization).

• Post photos or videos of the avatar you personally purchased and are using.

You may NOT:

• Make the avatar public.

• Share, split, resell, leak, or redistribute files.

• Participate in half-price group buys.

• Upload for others.

• Remove or tamper with trademarks (including invisible watermarks).

• Heavily alter the model to the point it becomes unrecognizable.

4. Asset Protection & Ripping Policy

You may NOT extract, rip, reuse, or redistribute any individual assets, meshes, sculpts, textures, shaders, or components from my avatars unless you have personally purchased those assets from the original creator and have the proper license to use them.

This includes:

• Taking parts from my avatars for use on other models

• Copying or transferring assets between avatars

• Sharing extracted files with others

• Reusing custom sculpts or edits without permission

If you like a specific asset used in my avatar, you must purchase it directly from the original creator and follow their licensing terms.

Unauthorized extraction or asset ripping will result in blacklisting and DMCA enforcement.

5. Media & Content Usage Policy

My promotional renders, product images, showcase photos, thumbnails, and branded media may NOT be:

• Used in your own content

• Edited, blurred, cropped, or modified

• Featured in commentary, drama, reaction, or critique videos

• Monetized or redistributed

• Reuploaded on any platform

without explicit written permission from me.

You may only post content featuring an avatar if you have personally purchased it and are using it yourself.

Unauthorized media use may result in copyright claims and takedown actions.

6. Gifting & Registration

If gifting an avatar, a ticket must be opened in my Discord server for proper registration.

Unregistered gifts may be revoked.

7. Freebies & Codes

Freebie access is provided exclusively through my Discord server.

Leaving the server may result in loss of access and potential restriction from future purchases.

8. Enforcement & Violations

Violations of this TOS may result in:

• Immediate blacklisting

• Removal from community spaces

• Revocation of license

• DMCA takedown notices

• Further legal action where applicable

I actively monitor and enforce my intellectual property rights.
