These Terms of Use apply to digital products purchased from Knuckle & Ledger™.

Digital Products

Knuckle & Ledger provides downloadable digital tools, including spreadsheet-based systems, templates, guides and related files. No physical product will be supplied unless specifically stated on the product page.

Licence and Permitted Use

Unless otherwise stated, your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased product for your own personal use.

You may use a purchased workbook or system for an unlimited number of your own projects.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, reproduce for commercial distribution, repackage or make the files available to another person or organisation, whether modified or unmodified.

Intellectual Property

All original content, systems, workbook structures, documentation, branding and other materials supplied by Knuckle & Ledger remain the intellectual property of their respective owner. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of that intellectual property.

Software and Compatibility

Product descriptions identify the software and formats for which each product has been designed. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have suitable software and equipment to open and use the files.

While reasonable care is taken to test products before release, compatibility with every device, operating system, software version or third-party application cannot be guaranteed.

Information and Calculations

Knuckle & Ledger products are practical organisational and planning tools. They are not professional accounting, financial, legal, engineering or other specialist advice.

Users remain responsible for checking information entered into a product and for decisions made using its calculations, estimates, budgets or other outputs.

Product Updates

Products may be updated, improved or replaced over time. Unless specifically stated otherwise, purchase of a product does not guarantee access to future versions, editions or additional products.
