- a small handful of red berries

- a half banana

- 1 pod of cardamom seeds, ground

- 3 generous dashes of cinnamon powder

- a teaspoon of chia seeds

- one glass (one cup) of water

Mix it in a mixer.

2)

- a third serving spoon of LG Complete Protein powder

- one serving of LG SuperReds

- a small handful of red berries (optional)

- a half banana

- 1 pod of cardamom seeds, ground

- one glass (one cup) of water

Mix it in a mixer.

Drink it slowly, savor it, and enjoy.
