Another hot day, and my best tip is:
RED BEET+CARROT gazpacho!
My heart's improvisation 👌
- Red beet, Carrot
- Onion, Garlic
- Parsley, fresh ginger
- Himalayan Salt, Olive oil
- Fresh lemon juice
- Some soaked whole nuts (optional)
- Cold filtered water
Blend all the ingredients in a blender or food processor, then add sweet corn for a touch of sweetness and structure. Chew it well !! 😊
