I AM Umi N'Gozi. Owner of Kulture Kinnect 360 Metaphysical & Spiritual Sanctuary in Columbus, GA. I assist with Metaphysical tools, crystals, jewelry, oils, candles etc. In providing physical tools, I also provide a safe and open space for dialogue, release, meditation, and a whole entire vibe. I pride myself on the beautiful feedback my community gives on a daily basis. This gives me the push to expand my horizons and knowledge.

I AM a Spiritualist which happens to be a Certified Spiritual Doula, Crowned Herbalist guided by The Most High and my Ancestors, a BS/P in Applied Behaviors, B.Msc Metaphysical Science M.Sc Master of Metaphysical Science, and pursuing my Philosopher of Metaphysical Sciences, Ph.D.

Spiritual Companioning (SC) or Spiritual Direction (SD) is a gentle, caring, supportive, approach that honors your unique spiritual beliefs. It is not about what others are venturing but rather about honoring what spirituality means to you. SC or SD can help you to cultivate a deeper sense of peace, experience greater joy, find meaning and purpose, open up to your awakening, understand Emergence and Emergency of your awakening, and also begin or continue to heal from life’s inevitable traumas and setbacks.

Spiritual Companioning is not Psychotherapy. If you are seeking therapy, please connect with a licensed psychotherapist as I do not have that credential.

My role is to be a supportive companion and to hold the space so that you can discover and listen to your Inner Wisdom or Higher Self. I offer my experience in Inter-Spiritual Direction to support you in your unfolding and personal journey. There is intimacy between you and God/Goddess. I am simply a witness to this sacred process.

Areas of Exploration Can Include but Not Limited:

Choosing stones, spiritual bath recommendations, oil recommendations, herbal recommendations, Incorporating Prayer & or Affirmations, Journaling, Contemplation, Meditation, Forgiveness, and Silence, Supporting Wisdom, Trusting Intuition/Discernment, Working with Grief & death, Spiritual Wounding, Supporting BIPOC family dynamics and cultures, Guilt, Confessions, Support for struggles with Alcohol, Drugs, Suicidal ideations, Separation or loss (transition) of children, and even the supports for releasing which serves no purpose in your life. I am here to listen, guide by way of Spirit, and assist in what you allow if you decide.
