About Teresa Holden

Teresa Holden is the founder of Luxury Hospitality Advisors (LHA), a firm that works with hotel owners, investors, and developers on strategy, operations, and transactions. She began her career with Ritz-Carlton in Atlanta and Boston’s Copley Plaza before moving to Los Angeles, where she helped convert the Bel-Age Hotel on Sunset Boulevard from an independent property in receivership into a branded hotel.


From there, Teresa joined Starwood Hotels as part of the team that developed the brand elements and guest experience for the first W Hotels, participating in the openings of the first six properties. She later worked with Ian Schrager at The Mondrian in West Hollywood and with The St. Regis Los Angeles.


As an advisor, Teresa has supported many independent well known resorts including Kona Village in Hawaii, the Sunset Marquis in West Hollywood — known for its underground recording studio where Grammy-winning albums were made — and the Hotel Bel-Air, one of Los Angeles’ most exclusive hotels. Her experience spans lifestyle and ultra-luxury hospitality, with a focus on service standards and positioning that resonate with high-net-worth clientele.


Today, through LHA, Teresa brings this background to both hotel and residential real estate projects, helping clients understand and apply the principles of luxury hospitality to create lasting value.

Cezil Jondonero is a strategic creative force in residential real estate, with a decade of experience shaping the launch and sell-through of high-value developments across North America and the Caribbean. With a portfolio exceeding $1 billion in pre-construction real estate inventory, her work spans high-rise condominiums to mixed-use hospitality assets.


Cezil's career was built at the intersection of marketing and development. From collaborating with award-winning architects to leading agency teams, she brings a cross-functional perspective on how to bring real estate to market—with precision, purpose, and pace. Her ability to move fluidly between concept, brand, and brokerage allows her to craft strategies that resonate with both buyers and capital.


As Vice President at LHA Realty, she leads the firm's residential advisory and sales platform. Her vision is to redefine what luxury real estate marketing and brokerage can be—building not just campaigns, but experiences that convert.
