Becoming the Leader I’m Meant to Be
Leadership is not about power, status, or expecting things from others. Leadership is a service—a commitment to inspiring, uplifting, and guiding those who cross my path. I don’t want to be a leader because of the things I have; I want to be a leader because of the mark I leave on people.
I don’t seek fame or recognition. My fulfillment comes from knowing I’ve made someone’s life better—whether through a conversation, an action, or simply being an example of what’s possible. That has always brought me joy, and that’s what I will continue to pursue.
Systems Over Motivation
Motivation fades. Plans shift. But systems? Systems remain.
I’ve realized that having a system is more powerful than relying on motivation or even a rigid plan. Plans can create pressure, and motivation comes and goes. But a system—one built on intentional habits and self-discipline—creates consistent growth.
This shift in mindset has changed everything for me. I no longer feel the same pressure I once did to “stick to a plan” or wait for motivation to strike. Instead, I focus on building habits that ensure I’m improving every single day—even if it’s just by 1%. Over time, that compounds into something unstoppable.
Embracing Solitude for Growth
At some point, solitude becomes necessary for anyone who wants to do something great.
I used to see loneliness as something to avoid, but now I understand its purpose. The more I’ve embraced solitude, the more I’ve grown—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. This growth is necessary to set me apart.
There will come a time when I can enjoy the fruits of my labor, but until then, I must grow at a pace most wouldn’t dare. I welcome this journey because I know what’s on the other side of it.
Faith, Resilience, and Unshakable Confidence
I am God’s vessel. My voice, my knowledge, and my purpose will impact people in ways I can’t even imagine yet.
No situation will shake me. My mental strength, emotional intelligence, and resilience will be in complete control. I trust God, my intuition, my father, and the angels guiding me. I will stand firm in my morals and protect my mind and body to ensure I am at full strength.
I no longer doubt myself. I am strong. I am intelligent. I am resilient. I am capable.
The Mission Behind La’Heart Desires
My desire to help people through La’Heart Desires must be heard. I know how many lives will be impacted by what I’m building, and that’s why I will constantly adapt, evolve, and push forward—no matter the situation.
This is not just a passion. It’s a calling. And I refuse to let anything or anyone stop me from fulfilling it.
Final Thoughts: A Life of Purpose
I am grateful for the life I’ve been given. My life is precious, and it means something. Every day is an opportunity to grow, to learn, and to become the man God wants me to be.
Open-mindedness is everything. Self-knowledge is key.
As long as I commit to getting at least 1% better every day, I know I’m on the right path. And one day, I will look back and realize that every moment of struggle, solitude, and sacrifice was necessary to become the person I was always meant to be.
