Refund Policy

All products are delivered digitally as PDF files, available for immediate download upon purchase.

If you experience a technical issue — a broken download link, a missing file, or a corrupted PDF — contact me within 7 days of your purchase date. I'll resend your files directly or resolve the access issue right away; a refund is only issued if the problem genuinely can't be fixed.

Refunds are not offered for change of mind once the guide has been downloaded. Because this is a digital product, download access cannot be revoked once granted, so refund requests outside of a genuine technical issue cannot be accommodated.
