Usage License: The purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for the buyer to use the image according to these terms.

Modification Restriction: The buyer may not alter, edit, or create derivative works from the image to sell as their own.

Personal Use: Licensee may use the image for personal, non-commercial, non-profit use, including printing for personal display only.

Resale & Redistribution: Selling the original digital file, sharing it for free, or distributing it is strictly prohibited.

Print on Demand: The image cannot be uploaded to Print-on-Demand (POD) sites (e.g., Redbubble, Society6).

Trademarks: The image cannot be used as part of a logo or trademark.

Final Sale: Because digital files cannot be "returned," all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted once the file has been downloaded or emailed.

"As Is" Basis: The images are provided "as is." We do not warrant that the image will meet the customer's specific needs.

Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any damages, loss of profits, or legal issues resulting from the use of the images.

Indemnification: The customer agrees to indemnify us if their misuse of the image leads to legal action.

By purchasing this digital image, you agree to these terms:
