I am an experienced psychotherapist, coach, and lecturer, as well as a parent to two teenagers. My mission is to support individuals and organizations in fostering growth, resilience, and well-being.

I offer a unique blend of therapeutic coaching tailored to both adults and teenagers, with sessions available in-person and online for flexible support.
