1. Violation of any listed terms and conditions may result in a ban from Latitia's Payhip and Latitia's Discord server.

• A ban will result in loss of all permissions to use Latitia products.
• DMCA notices may be issued.

2. Digital products are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Latitia bears no responsibility if you, as a consumer, have not read the terms and conditions.

4. You, as a consumer, agree that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions.

5. You must have basic Unity/uploading knowledge before purchasing. Not meeting this requirement is not the creator's responsibility.

6. If you are banned/blocked from Latitia's Payhip and/or Latitia's Discord server, you will not be able to use any and all Latitia products - including but not limited to avatars, assets, textures, Nitro items, and server freebies.

1. Latitia Assets permits commercial licensing, but only grants personal use rights to the purchaser. This means Latitia Assets is only valid for you personally, as specified in Section 5.

2. All rights to own/use Latitia Assets will be revoked if incorrect information is provided during checkout.

3. Digital products purchased from payhip.com/Latitia or discord.gg/latitiapalace are generally non-refundable, except in cases of defective products or as required by applicable consumer protection laws.

4. All assets created entirely by me are forbidden from being used for any avatar purposes without prior permission or purchase.

5. Latitia Assets is exclusively for use within VRChat.

6. You may not share, resell, or subdivide Latitia Assets.

7. You may not claim Latitia Assets as your own property, even if modified.

8. When using Latitia assets commercially, you must credit payhip.com/Latitiaitiapalace in the description.

9. You are not permitted to edit, remove, or Photoshop the Latitia logo.

10. Latitia assets are permitted for use on completed avatars, and may only be used on commercial avatars priced equal to or higher than the asset's price.

● Usage Rights:

○ Free Assets: Commercial use permitted on free, nitro, paid, and public avatars

○ Paid/Nitro Assets: Commercial use permitted only on paid and public avatars

1. You must enter the recipient's email at the top of the checkout process.

2. You must enter both the recipient's information and your information during checkout.

3. When gifting Latitia avatars and/or Latitia assets, the recipient is the sole holder of the license.

• As the gift giver, you do not have rights or permission to use/own Latitia avatars and assets unless purchased separately.

4. It is prohibited to gift Latitia assets and/or avatars to individuals who have been banned or blocked from Latitia's Discord server and/or this website.
