Lauren Elisabeth is a neurodivergent mother of five neurodivergent kids. She is 39 years old and she is a self taught portrait artist and more recently an author of children’s self help books in the form of The Calming Colours Method.

Initially invented by her youngest son Ezra, Lauren has expanded on his idea and made it teachable to other neurodivergent children.

Lauren and her family live in the rich countryside of Lincolnshire in England, along with their three cats.
