About our shop

Lavender Animal Care sells printable digital books and resources, including the Lavender Chinchillas information guides, colouring books and activity collections.

The seller is Laura Foxcroft, trading as Lavender Animal Care, at 19 Cobblewood, Middlesbrough, TS3 9RW, United Kingdom. This address is for postal correspondence only. No customer visits or collections. Contact: lavender-ss@outlook.com, or the Contact page in our Payhip shop.

What you are buying

All products currently sold in this shop are digital downloads. No physical book or other item will be posted. Check the individual listing for the title, contents, file format, page size and books included in a bundle. Products and instructions are in English unless the listing says otherwise.

PDF files require a compatible PDF reader. ZIP downloads must be extracted before the PDFs can be opened. You will need an internet connection, enough storage for the listed files, and a suitable printer or printing service if you want paper copies. Printing, paper and ink are not included in the price.

Ordering and prices

Choose a product, review the order and final checkout total, correct any mistakes, and complete the checkout. Payhip processes checkout and delivers the files. A purchase is confirmed when your order confirmation is issued and the download is made available.

Our listing prices are in pounds sterling. Checkout shows the total and any applicable taxes before you place the order. There are no physical delivery charges. Any introductory offer or coupon applies only within its stated dates and conditions. A later offer does not change the price of an earlier completed purchase. These are one-off purchases, not subscriptions.

Download delivery

Following successful payment, Payhip normally provides access on the order confirmation page and sends an email containing your download link. Check your spam or junk folder if the email does not arrive.

Save your files to your own device and keep a backup. The shop currently allows five download attempts per file. If a link fails or you use your attempts while troubleshooting, contact us with your order details so we can help restore access. This limit does not remove your consumer rights. We do not promise indefinite hosting or lifetime access.

Your personal-use licence

Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive licence to download, save and print the resource for your own personal use. You may print individual pages or the complete book, and print further copies for your own use. A printing service may produce your personal copies; it must not keep or reuse the files for other purposes.

You may not share the digital file or download link, upload the resource to a website or shared drive, sell or redistribute digital or printed copies, or use the content in another product. Classroom, club, boarding, breeding-business and other group or commercial distribution require separate written permission. Please contact us if you need a different licence.

You may share photographs of your own completed colouring or activity pages, provided they do not supply clean, reusable copies of the resource. Credit to Lavender Chinchillas is appreciated.

Buying a download does not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property ownership. These restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not remove any statutory exceptions or consumer rights.

Printing and animal-care information

For A4 resources, select A4 paper and check the print preview and margins before printing a full book. Print quality can vary with paper, printer and settings. Contact us if you believe the supplied file itself is faulty.

Animal-care information is general educational material. Individual animals may have different needs. It does not replace advice, diagnosis or treatment from a suitably experienced veterinary professional. Colouring and storybook illustrations may be decorative or imaginative and should not be treated as cage-setup or husbandry instructions.

Problems and changes

Our Refunds and Cancellations policy explains how to obtain help and any applicable remedy. We may update these terms for future purchases; changes do not retrospectively reduce rights under your existing order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights where the law does not allow it. Mandatory consumer protections in your country remain available.
