How do I download my files?

After your purchase, Payhip will provide an instant download link on the checkout page and send a copy to your email. Simply click the link to download your files to your device.

What if my files are in a ZIP folder?

Some products may be delivered in a ZIP folder to keep multiple files organized. Before using the files, you will need to unzip the folder.

To unzip:

On a computer: Right-click the ZIP file and select “Extract” or “Unzip.”

On a phone or tablet: Tap the ZIP file and your device should prompt you to extract it.

Once the folder is unzipped, you will be able to access all the included files.
